It is
the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure –
- 1.
Pets do not go upstairs in the property or on
any of the furniture.
- 2.
Pets do not foul in the property.
- 3.
Pets do not damage any furniture/fittings or
any part of the property.
- 4.
That any fouling in the garden area
is cleaned up.
- 5.
Pets are kept under control in the farm area
because of dangers to farm animals and the hazards to your pet
from farm vehicles.
- 6.
Pets are not left in the property unsupervised
as this may result in considerable damage to the property and
distress to the pet.
- Electricity,
Central Heating, & Linen
Electricity and gas is included in the rental.
Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). These
are changed weekly on Saturdays during your stay.
- Old
Cottages
Damp marks may appear on walls particularly in
autumn and winter. We do our best to minimize this. Because
of the porous granite walls heavy driving rain may cause the
conservatory to leak. Do not leave your personal belongings
in this area during heavy rain and please pull any furniture
away from the leaking areas.
